An Initiation is always a happy evening as we welcome a new Brother into Freemasonry. We are delighted to have Nathan as the newest member of the Lodge.

Our meeting in April was low on numbers for various reasons and so we utilised one of the small Lodge rooms at the top of Freemasons Hall. It was so cosy that our Deacon, whose job it was to conduct Nathan around the room during the ceremony, had to take very small steps in each direction – East, South, North and West – so as not to ‘overshoot’ where he was aiming for.

That aside, the ceremony went well and we enjoyed an excellent Italian dinner afterwards.
